1. Introduction

These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "General Conditions"), exclusively regulate the contractual relations between the customers of the site (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") and the seller (company PLUS srl ) P. VAT I T11615380018 . These General Conditions are the only ones that can be applied and replace all other conditions, except for preliminary, express and written exceptions. Plus People may be obliged to modify some of these provisions; Customers are therefore advised to read the General Conditions each time they visit the website. These changes are enforceable starting from the putting online and are not applicable to contracts stipulated prior to it. Each purchase on the Site is subject to the General Conditions of Sale applicable on the date of the order. Plus People is confident that, once the order has been validated, the Customers have read and accepted the General Conditions of Sale without reservation. Customers undertake to comply with the General Conditions and the Terms of Use detailed on the same.

2. Place an order

To place an order on the Site, Customers can connect:
- via the Internet on the Website: 24 hours a day and 7 days a week

The order process consists of four (4) successive stages.
Once the choice has been made and the cart validated, Customers must:
- identify themselves
- choose the delivery method and address
- accept the General Conditions of Sale by ticking the appropriate box on the order summary page
- choose the method of payment.

Once the method of payment has been selected, the Customers must proceed with the balance of the order, which will firmly and definitively formalize the sales contract that binds them to Plus People.

3. Product information

Plus People pays particular attention to putting on-line information relating to the essential characteristics of the products through technical data sheets drawn up by its partners and / or suppliers and through illustrative photographs of the products, within the limits of the technique and in compliance with the best standards of the market.

4. Prices

The sales prices indicated on the Site are expressed in euros (€). Delivery costs are charged to the Customers in the case of different or free shipping when the Courier is chosen as a means of transport.

The list price is in euros and is systematically indicated clearly before confirming the order.

Plus People reserves the right to change prices at any time, but equally undertakes to apply the prices indicated on the Site at the time the order is placed.

In case of display of a wrong and / or manifestly negligible price, for any reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error ...), the order will be canceled, even in case of initial validation.

5. Availability

Customer orders are fulfilled within the limits of the quantity of products available.
In the event that the ordered product is not available, Plus People undertakes to contact the Customers via e-mail within 10 days from the order date to inform them of the time required for the delivery of the ordered product.

In the event that only some of the products ordered are not available, Plus People undertakes to immediately ship the available products and to bear the delivery costs inherent in the shipment of the remaining products. In the event that the unavailability of the product is due to a definitive stop of its production by the manufacturer, Plus People will offer the customer a product of equivalent quality and price. In case of refusal by the customer, Plus People will refund the unavailable product.

6. Delivery methods

The products purchased on the Site can be delivered all over the world.

The order will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of the order.

In the case of international shipments, the timing varies from 7 to 14 working days. The cost varies according to the country where delivery will be requested.

Upon receipt of the order, Plus People advises Customers to verify that the products delivered comply with the order, and to indicate, in the event that they are damaged, any anomalies on the delivery form in the form of handwritten and countersigned reserves.

The courier will make 2 delivery attempts. In case the 2nd attempt is unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to Plus People.

7. Product warranties

The products offered for sale on the Site are accompanied by different types of commercial guarantees defined below. It should be noted that the signing by the customer of these commercial guarantees does not affect the application, for any item sold by Plus People on the Site, whether new or used, of the legal guarantee of conformity in compliance with the following legal conditions.

Based on the legal guarantee of conformity, Plus People undertakes to deliver an order in compliance with the sales contract concluded and to respond for any lack of conformity found at the time of delivery.

To comply with the contract, the products must:
1) correspond to the description on the Site at the time the order is placed;
2) be suitable for any use for which products of the same type are usually used or for any other special use sought by the Customer, of which Plus People has been informed and to which it has formally consented;
3) present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type, which the consumer can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product and the characteristics described on the Site.

In the event of a confirmed lack of conformity, it will be necessary to restore the conformity of the defective product, at no cost to the Customer.

Please note that this legal guarantee covers any lack of conformity manifested within a period of 2 years from the date of delivery of the order.

Furthermore, we remind you that the legal guarantee may not apply or apply only partially in the following cases:
- The repair of damage caused by an external cause to the product (for example: accidents, shocks, lightning strikes, voltage fluctuations, oxidation, presence of sand ...),
- A Customer error resulting, for example, from a use or installation that does not comply with the manufacturer's specifications,
- Use of the appliance that is harmful to its maintenance,
- Any lack of conformity of which the customer was aware at the time of placing the order

8. Personal data protection

The information communicated to us is essential for the processing and forwarding of orders, as well as for the preparation of invoices and warranty contracts; their absence involves the cancellation of your order. By registering on the Site, you undertake to provide us with truthful and authentic information. The communication of false information is contrary to these general conditions as well as to the conditions of use present on the Site.

Please note that, as a customer, you can, at any time, request Plus People to provide you with information regarding your personal data and request its modification by contacting our Customer Service.

In case of acceptance at the time of creating your account on the Site,

Plus People and its commercial partners can send you information regarding specific and limited promotional operations. These partners are chosen by Plus People and are recognized for the quality of the products and services offered.

Also remember that you can request, at any time, to stop sending such e-mail messages. Be aware that, in this process, Plus People is the only subject to hold your personal data.
